Everything we do in life is designed by God to flow from who He’s revealed Himself to be. That is to say, for the Christian, all of life is worship. Whether we’re gathered on Sunday mornings or dispersed throughout the week, our greatest aim isn't a polished service or an unbroken emotional experience. Our aim is to lift high the name of the True and Living God, through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, in the power of the Spirit.
And God’s Word is what guides His children into true worship, correcting our wrong ideas about Him and lifting our eyes to who He really is. Whether we're singing or sitting under the preaching of Scripture, or going about our daily responsibilities in the home or in the marketplace, every moment is meant to be a response to God's greatness and grace. We believe that when the Bible shapes our worship, we stop trying to put ourselves at the center of everything, and start exalting the One who is already there.
