Pastor Brent Small began full-time ministry in 1999. His ministry began in Palm City, FL where he was the business administrator and later Associate Pastor of Crossroads Community Church. Having no formal ministry training, the Lord led Brent to enroll at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA.

While attending seminary, Pastor Brent served on the staff of Grace Community Church under the leadership of Pastor John MacArthur. Brent’s reponsibilities included leading and organizing the Shepherds’ Conference and also serving as a staff pastor in two different fellowship groups that ministered to college students and single professionals.

In May 2010, Brent graduated from The Master’s Seminary with his Master of Divinity degree. Brent completed his undergraduate work at Indiana University and also holds a Master of Accounting degree from from Florida Atlantic University. In August of 2010, Brent accepted the call to become the Senior Pastor of Cascades Bible Church in Sterling, VA.

Brent has been married to his wife Kim for 20 years and they have two children, Ali and Isaiah.
