Brent Small, Pastor-Teacher
Pastor Brent began full-time ministry in 1999. His ministry began in Palm City, FL where he was the business administrator and later Associate Pastor of Crossroads Community Church. Having no formal ministry training, the Lord led Brent to enroll at The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA.
While attending seminary, Pastor Brent served on the staff of Grace Community Church under the leadership of Pastor John MacArthur.
Doug Satterwhite, Pastor to Senior Adults 
Pastor Doug was born in North Carolina and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. Doug trusted Christ as his personal savior at age 8 and attended Barcroft Bible Church for many years before moving to Sterling in 1967. Upon moving to Sterling, Doug joined the staff at Faith Bible Church and served there as an elder and as the Chief of Staff and Pastor to Senior Adults.
